This directory contains text files listing the orthologs of S. pombe genes in other species, 
manually curated by PomBase, specifically:

 - S. pombe genes orthologs in S. cerevisiae
 - S. pombe genes orthologs in human
 - S. pombe genes orthologs in S. japonicus

Each file is composed of two columns:
  - S. pombe systematic identifier (eg. SPAC1002.08c)
  - S. cerevisiae systematic identifier/human gene symbol/S. japonicus systematic identifier 
(eg. YMR228W,TFB1M|TFB2M or SJAG_03289)

When multiple orthologs exist for a single S. pombe gene, their identifiers are 
separated by vertical line symbols: "|"
