The directory contains files describing various features of S. pombe proteins:

- aa_composition.tsv describes the amino acid composition, in number of
residues, of all S. pombe proteins.

- disordered_regions.tsv lists the disordered regions of proteins and
  their coordinates.

- peptide_stats.tsv lists the protein properties that can be found
in the "Protein domains and properties" section of the gene pages
on PomBase: predicted molecular weight (kDa), predicted isoelectric point,
charge at pH7, length ("Residues") and codon adaptation index (CAI).

- protein_families_and_domains.tsv describes protein features such as domains and
family assignments that can be visualised in the "Protein domains and properties"
section of the gene pages on PomBase. For more detail
  see https://www.pombase.org/documentation/gene-page-protein-features

- protein_modifications.tsv lists all the protein modifications annotations
  currently featured in PomBase.
  See https://www.pombase.org/documentation/modification-data-bulk-upload-format
for a description of the column contents.
