These directories contain sequences for genes, transcripts, proteins
and whole chromosomes along with feature coordinates in several
formats.

 - artemis_contigs
   chromosome sequence and features in enriched EMBL-based format for
   loading into Artemis, annotated by PomBase

 - fasta_format
   files in fasta format for: chromosome, gene, exon, intron,
   transcript and protein sequences

 - feature_coordinates
   per chromosome files in Tab Separated Values (TSV) format
   containing coding sequence (CDS), gene and exon locations

 - gff_format
   gene features files in GFF3 format for each chromosome, and separates files
   for forward and reverse strand features

These files are part of PomBase release 2025-02-01
